Introduction
When I began my Masters in Teacher Librarianship I really only had a cursory understanding of what the job involved. My knowledge of what teacher-librarians do came only from my own experiences of them throughout my school career, and brief encounters with them as a casual teacher. I had no idea how many hats they wore, and how important it was to create the right balance of these responsibilities to keep the library running smoothly, and meet the needs of their users.

This E-Portfolio is divided into five parts, based on the five hats I believe teacher-librarians must wear, and the knowledge and understanding I have gained throughout my course in these areas.
Teacher-Librarians wear 5 major hats:
Collection Manager
Reading Cheerleader
Inquiry Facilitator
